  • Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center

    Located in Zhengding County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, Shijiazhuang International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total construction area of 360,000 ㎡, indoor exhibition area of 100,000 ㎡, outdoor exhibition area of 50,000 ㎡ and conference area of 15,000 ㎡, which had an operating occupancy rate of 20% in the first year. The venue has successively undertaken significant exhibitions such as China Digital Economy Expo (national level), China Tourism and Transportation Conference, China Logistics Development Conference, etc. It has won awards such as China's Top Ten Brand Convention and Exhibition Centers, China's Most Competitive Convention and Exhibition Centers, and China's Symbolic Convention and Exhibition Venues.

  • Zhumadian International Convention and Exhibition Center

    Located in Yicheng District, Zhumadian City, Henan Province, Zhumadian International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total construction area of 125,000 ㎡, an indoor exhibition area of 60,000 ㎡, an outdoor exhibition area of 20,000 ㎡ and a conference area of 6,000 ㎡. The venue has successively undertaken significant exhibition activities such as China Agricultural Products Processing Industry Investment and Trade Fair (national level), National Agricultural Machinery and Parts Exhibition, Henan Yellow River Opera Festival, etc. It has won the honors of Top Ten Excellent Convention and Exhibition Centers in China and "Top Ten" Brand Convention and Exhibition Venues in Henan Province.

  • Liuzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

    Located in Liudong New District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Autonomous Region, Liuzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total construction area of 180,000 ㎡, an indoor exhibition area of 80,000 ㎡, an outdoor exhibition area of 25,000 ㎡ and a conference area of 4,000 ㎡. The venue has successively undertaken significant exhibition activities such as China-ASEAN (Liuzhou) Automobile Industry Expo and China-ASEAN Tourism Equipment Expo. It won the Golden Finger Award of 70 Brand Convention and Exhibition Centers in the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Top 50 Brand Convention and Exhibition Centers in China, and the Honors of Guangxi Brand Convention and Exhibition Enterprises.

  • Ezhou International Convention and Exhibition Center

    Located on the north side of Wuchu Avenue in the middle of Ezhou City, Ezhou International Convention and Exhibition Center has a total construction area of 116,000 ㎡. It mainly has exhibition center, conference center, science and technology museum and other auxiliary facilities.

  • Wenzhou Ouhai Olympic Sports Dragon Boat Sports Center

    Ouhai Olympic Dragon Boat Sports Center has "one venue, two halls and one water base", which consists of Wenzhou Dragon Boat Sports Base, Ouhai District Olympic Sports Center and the supporting roads. It includes a stadium with 10000 seats, a gymnasium with 8000 seats, a swimming pool with 500 seats, athletes' apartments and sports commercial supporting buildings, and is positioned as an open sports park that can meet the comprehensive needs of competitive sports competitions, mass fitness, culture and entertainment, tourism and leisure, trade and exhibition.

  • Ezhou International Sports Center

    Ezhou International Sports Center has a total construction area of 190,000 ㎡. Its main constructions are stadium, gymnasium, swimming pool, comprehensive training hall for national fitness, TOD, greenway sports square and other supporting facilities. Its outdoor parts include: 1 outdoor football field, outdoor tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, some badminton courts and outdoor square.

  • Liuzhou Cultural Square

    With a total construction area of 196,000 square meters, Liuzhou Cultural Square is the first large-scale multifunctional public building integrating science and technology museum, youth palace, mass art museum and commercial facilities in China. Meanwhile, it integrates science and education, leisure, culture and training, which is an important position for ideological and moral education of young people, a main place for off-campus educational and cultural activities and popular science study, as well as a comprehensive place for people to conduct cultural activities.

  • Liuzhou Library（new library）

    Liuzhou Library (NEW Library), located in Liudong New District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, has a total construction area of 79,000 square meters. The building has 8 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. The library is designed with a collection of 3.6 million volumes and a reading capacity of 2,500 seats. It mainly includes the main body of the library and the multifunctional exhibition hall.

  • Ezhou Cultural Center

    Located in Ezhou Airport Economic Zone, Ezhou Cultural Center has a total construction area of 50,000 ㎡, including the grand theater, multi-function hall (with theater functions), art museum, etc.

  • China Steel Structure Museum

    Located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China Steel Structure Museum covers an area of 4,468 square meters, which is the first and only museum in China with the theme of building steel structure and bridge steel structure.

  • China Construction Science and Industry Building

    Located in the core area of Houhai Headquarters Economic Zone in Nanshan District, China Construction Science and Industry Building has a total construction area of 55,600 square meters, which is a super 5A Grade A office building integrating office, commercial and conference functions. The building is made of all-steel structure, which is a demonstration project of prefabricated buildings in Guangdong Province. In 2020, China Construction Science and Industry Building won the first prize of "National Green Building Innovation Award". This is another important honor after the National Green Building Samsung Operation Logo, Three-star Green Building Design Logo, American LEED Gold Certification, China Steel Structure Gold Award and other awards.

  • Liuzhou Binjiang Ecological Wetland Park

    Located on the west side of the intersection of Binjiang Avenue and Hengshierlu Road in Yufeng District, Liuzhou City, Liuzhou Binjiang Ecological Wetland Park covers a total area of about 216 hectares. The park takes the first-class garden road composed of slow greenways with a length of about 10 kilometers as the main tour route, and seven circular greenways as the second-class garden roads and branch roads, connecting more than 20 unique landscape sites in series, showing three sections of riverside scenery belts with different scenery from south to north.

  • Wuhan Zhashan New Community Phase IV Area A

    Located in Caidian District, Wuhan, the Area A, Phase IV of Zhashan New Community is adjacent to Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone in the east and Yihuang Expressway in the west, which has a total construction area of nearly 500,000 ㎡ and about 3,300 households, and is equipped with 12 classes of public kindergartens and 3,400 parking spaces. There are 6 two-story neighborhood commercial centers with a building area of about 15,000 ㎡ in the community. The community faces streets on three sides and the streets surround the residential buildings in a U-shape, which can meet the needs of 100,000 consumers in the community and its surrounding areas.
